We want you to get the most out of your Medicare plan. When you have questions about your benefits or need help getting things done, call Connect Concierge!

From Oct. 1 to March 31, you can call us from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. From April 1 to Sept. 30, you can call us from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

  • Using and Understanding Your Benefits
    • Get answers to your general benefits questions.
    • Learn about dental and vision care benefits.*
    • Check your over-the-counter drug benefit balance.*
  • Managing Your Care
    • Pick a primary care doctor who’s in your network and meets your needs.
    • Choose a specialist in your plan’s network.
    • Find an in-network hospital.
    • Schedule doctors’ appointments for wellness visits, flu shots, specialists, and more.
    • Coordinate prior approvals and referrals (if required).
  • Support Services
    • Connect with English or Spanish concierge advocates. Access language services in any other language you require.
    • Register on the secure member portal to view benefits and claims information, and to print your member ID card.
    • Update your home or email address.
