Important information about Guest Pay: If you are using the guest pay portal to make your payment, please do not sign up for autopay. We are aware of an issue using this feature. If you would like to sign up for autopay, please sign in to your member portal.  

Manage Your Account, Pay Your Bill, and Get Support

For individual plans purchased through Access Health CT (Connecticut exchange) or directly from ConnectiCare

You can pay your invoice online by setting up automatic payments or making a one-time payment online.

Sign in

As a Guest: 
You can also make a one-time payment as a guest. This option is helpful if someone else is paying for you or you do not have time now to register. You won’t be able to see your payment history or manage your payments. To manage your account, sign in to your portal.

NOTE: To make a payment, you will need your 11-digit member ID number from your member ID card or your invoice, ZIP code, date of birth, email address, and first and last name.

By Phone:
Call 800-333-1733 (TTY: 711), 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to use our automated payment system.

In Person:
Visit a ConnectiCare Center and we’ll help you complete your payment online, by phone or mail. Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check or with your bank account information.

Important: ConnectiCare Centers do not accept cash.

By Mail:
You can always pay your bill by mailing a check and the invoice coupon to:

Member premium payments go to a bank lockbox. You must include an invoice coupon with the scan line for ConnectiCare to process your payment.

For SOLO (Individual) Plans

You can pay your invoice online by setting up automatic payments or making a one-time payment online.

For Medicare Advantage Plans

Once you become a ConnectiCare member, you’ll have many convenient ways to pay your monthly premium.

  1. Social Security Deduction:

You can pay your premium through automatic deduction from your monthly Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) benefit check. You can choose this option when you enroll. Or, call us at 800-224-2273 (TTY: 711) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week, and we can help set it up. You can also mail or fax a letter asking to be set up for “SSA withhold.” Include your member ID number, the date and your signature, and send it to:

Pay online or manage your payments
You can use this link to view invoices, pay a bill or set up automatic payments. You will be asked to set up an account for our member website the first time you use our online payment service.

You can pay your monthly premium at a ConnectiCare Center and our associates will help you complete your payment online, by phone or mail. Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, a check made out to ConnectiCare or with your bank account information. Check for hours and locations.

For Medicare Supplement Plans

If you have a ConnectiCare plan for individuals under 65 or you have a ConnectiCare plan through your employer, sign in to request or replace a member ID card. 

If you have a ConnectiCare Medicare Advantage plan, please call us at 1-800-224-2273 (TTY: 711) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

Forgot your password, or need to reset it? All you need is your member ID number, which you can find on your ID card. Once you have your number, follow these steps:

  • At the top of any page on our site, click the “Sign in” button. 
  • When the sign-in screen appears, click “Forgot Your User ID or Password?” and follow the instructions online.
