Open enrollment for 2022 individual and family plans has ended. But in some cases, you can enroll in a health plan if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.
Health Plans for Individuals & Families
Access Health CT Plans
There’s a range of plans to choose from, including new FlexPOS plans with statewide, regional, and national coverage. Our Choice plans give you coverage across Connecticut (including every CT hospital) and in parts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Some plans waive the deductible and have low copays for doctor visits, urgent care, and more. And all plans include $0 copays for unlimited Teladoc® visits*.
SOLO plans offer a large network of doctors and hospitals, $0 copays for telemedicine visits through Teladoc®* and the option to add dental coverage to any plan. There are also SOLO plans that allow you to save money tax-free in health savings accounts (HSAs) so you can pay for qualified medical expenses.
