Access Health CT Plans
There’s a range of plans to choose from, including FlexPOS plans with statewide, regional, and national coverage. All plans include Teladoc® Primary360, which offers no-limit primary care, behavioral health, and dermatology services visits by phone, video, or messaging through a mobile app.1
SOLO plans offer a large network of doctors and hospitals, Teladoc® Primary360, and the option to add dental coverage to any plan. There are also SOLO plans that allow you to save money tax-free in health savings accounts (HSAs) so you can pay for qualified medical expenses.
New for 2023: Two dental plans offer coverage to adults and children for basic services like exams, cleanings, x-rays, and fillings to major services like root canals, crowns, and dentures. These plans can be purchased through Access Health CT even if you don’t have ConnectiCare medical coverage.
1Telemedicine is not appropriate for all covered services, and restrictions apply. Not all services available 24/7.
