A Wheeler Clinic program of intensive, in-home behavioral health treatment program is available for ConnectiCare-covered children, adolescents and young adults at risk of inpatient admission.

The intensive in-home behavioral health services (IIBHS) program at Wheeler Clinic offers 24/7 crisis support and focused, in-home individual and family therapy to individuals ages 3 to 24.

The program is specifically designed for those who are at high risk of being admitted to inpatient or residential facilities for behavioral health or substance abuse treatment or who have a history of emergency department, inpatient and/or residential admissions.

A deductible or copayment may apply, depending on the member’s plan.
