ConnectiCare incorrectly denied some claims with new ICD-10 codes that went into effect Oct. 1, 2016. We are now working to identify these claims and we will reprocess them correctly after Nov. 7, 2016. If you are planning to submit claims with the new ICD-10 codes, please wait until after Nov. 7, 2016, to avoid any incorrect denials.
