Standards of Conduct

The Standards of Conduct is a broad statement of principles that serves to assure that everyone at ConnectiCare understands our commitment to, and standards for, maintaining an ethical culture. The Standards apply to the Company’s Board of Directors, officers and employees, and have been approved by the Board of Directors and the Company’s executive leaders.

The Standards of Conduct reaffirms that all ConnectiCare directors, officers, and employees must conduct business morally, ethically, and in conformance with applicable laws in all places and at all times. The Standards impose an affirmative duty upon all employees to report any actual or perceived violation of applicable laws and regulations, or policies and procedures adopted by the Company. It is ConnectiCare’s express policy that no adverse action will be taken against any employee reporting a suspected violation in good faith.
