Contact your broker, make an appointment to visit a ConnectiCare Center, or contact Access Health CT.

Call us at 800-723-2986 (TTY: 711) 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. From Oct. 23 to Dec. 15 , 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m Sunday.
