Who Qualifies - and How?

Access Health CT can help you find out if you qualify for financial help. There are two ways that people can get help:

  • Advanced Premium Tax Credit (APTC)

    This is financial help to pay for health plan premiums (for those who qualify).

  • Cost Sharing Reduction (CSR)

    Lower copays, deductibles, and coinsurance for those who qualify for these extra savings.
