From Oct. 1 to March 31, you can call us from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. From April 1 to Sept. 30, you can call us from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

- Pick a primary care doctor who’s in your network and meets your needs.
- Choose a specialist in your plan’s network.
- Find an in-network hospital.
- Schedule doctors’ appointments for wellness visits, flu shots, specialists, and more.
- Coordinate prior approvals and referrals (if required).
- Support Services
- Connect with English or Spanish concierge advocates. Access language services in any other language you require.
- Register on the secure member portal to view benefits and claims information, and to print your member ID card.
- Update your home or email address.
