Vision Service Plan (VSP) manages vision benefits for ConnectiCare Marketplace members. To receive in-network benefits for pediatric vision care, which includes routine eye exams and eyewear, as well as adult routine eye exams, members must obtain services from a participating VSP provider.
Providers who wish to join the VSP network can visit vspproviderhub.com, email credentialing@vsp.com, or call 800-742-6907, option three. VSP providers are required to send claims directly to VSP, Attention: Claims Services, P.O. Box 495937, Cincinnati, OH 45249-5937. Any claims sent to ConnectiCare will be rejected and must be resubmitted to VSP.

- EyeMed continues to manage vision benefits for ConnectiCare Medicare members.
- ConnectiCare commercial members continue to receive vision benefits through the ConnectiCare provider network.
- ConnectiCare members in all lines of business continue to receive medical eye care through the ConnectiCare provider network.
