ConnectiCare Centers support your wellness goals with free fitness classes, health education, nutrition workshops, family-friendly events, and more. Classes are open to the public, unless otherwise stated. Registration is required.

Register for free yoga classes at Connecticut parks all summer long! Classes are held seven days a week and are open to all ages and ability levels. Many classes are bilingual. Grab your water bottle and join us at a park near you.
