ConnectiCare Extends No-Cost Telehealth Benefits

06/30/2020

FARMINGTON, CT (June 30, 2020) – ConnectiCare members can continue to use telehealth for covered medical and mental health services without paying a deductible, copayment, or coinsurance through September 9, 2020.

No-cost telehealth visits apply to any illness or injury – not just coronavirus (COVID-19). Members must use in-network primary care doctors, specialists, or mental health clinicians. Members may also use our partners MDLIVE® (for many group and individual plans, including plans sold through Access Health CT) and Teladoc® (for most Medicare Advantage plans) for virtual visits. Self-funded plan sponsors may opt out of this program.

Visit our webpage for more information on how ConnectiCare is helping members and the community navigate the coronavirus pandemic.
