For Small Groups
We offer fully-insured medical plans with preventive dental coverage for adults in addition to pediatric dental coverage. Features include:
- Exams to help prevent organ disease: two routine cleanings and exams per calendar year
- X-rays, including full-mouth or panoramic x-rays, one every 36 months; bitewing x-rays, one every six months
Employers can also add a ConnectiCare dental plan with both preventive and comprehensive services. Plans include both in- and out-of-network coverage and an annual look-back program.
