EmblemHealth and ConnectiCare have updated all preauthorization lists to reflect the code changes shared in CMS’ quarterly update for April 2023. EmblemHealth documents its list changes in Notable Changes announcements. The updates for the GHI PPO City of New York Preauthorization List and all of ConnectiCare’s lists (Commercial | Medicare) can be found in their Revision History sections.
