As of July 1, 2024, the Device, Implant and Skin Substitutes Coding Guidelines (Facilities) payment integrity policy was updated to remove deleted codes from the following tables:
- Q4210 - Skin Substitute High Products table.
- Q4277 - Skin Substitute Low Products table.
