Starting Monday, Feb. 27, Explanation of Payments (EOPs) for Medicare Advantage claims for services on or after Jan. 1, 2017, will be available through our website.

We also wanted to let you know that we will be sending your Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs) statements within three days after we issue your payments. This will only impact Medicare Advantage claims for services on or after Jan. 1, 2017. This does not apply to commercial claims.

Thank you for your patience as we continue our upgrade of our Medicare Advantage claims payment platform.
