To enable Javascript in Internet Explorer 6 or 7, do the following:
- Go to the "Tools" menu of Internet Explorer
- Select "Internet Options"
- Click on the "Security" tab
- Click on the "Internet" icon at the top and then select "Custom Level"
- Scroll down (almost all the way to the bottom of the options list) and look for the option entitled "Active scripting"
- Select "Enable" and then click Ok
- Click "Yes" to confirm you are changing the browser settings
- Click Ok
- Refresh your browser window by hitting F5

To enable Javascript in Firefox 2.x, do the following:
- Go to the "Tools" menu of your web browser
- Select "Options"
- Click on the "Content" tab
- Check the "Enable Javascript" checkbox and click Ok
- Refresh your browser window by hitting F5
