As the principal of an agency you will receive a letter from ConnectiCare containing registration instructions along with a username and password.

A copy of the registration letter can be obtained by calling 1-860-674-5803.

I am an independent agent, how do I register on ConnectiCare.com?
Once logged onto ConnectiCare.com, simply click on 'Producers'; from there click on 'Not registered?'. You will be prompted for required information to register.

I've forgotten my username and/or password. How can I recover it?
Simply click on the 'Forgot Password' link to display your username and reset your password. You will be required to enter your Tax ID and License Number if you are registering as an agent and your Tax ID, Agency's Tax ID and the Agency's License Number if you are a principal agent registering your agency.

How do I change my password?
Simply go to ConnectiCare.com and log into your account, and click on 'My Profile'. Once there change your password by clicking on the 'Change Password' button located in the 'My Profile' box. Remember, to protect your information and comply with ConnectiCare's Privacy Agreement; please do not share your online account credentials, including your username and password, with anyone. Sharing online account credentials is strictly prohibited and will enable others to access your financial statements.

Who can see my commission statements?
Only those who are paid the commission can automatically view the commission statements. If you are an agent who is paid directly, you will have automatic access to your online commission statements. Likewise, if you work for an agency and are paid by the agency, not directly from ConnectiCare, then only the principal agent of that agency will have automatic access to the online commission statements.

I have Assistant(s) created in My Profile but I do not want them to have access to my commission statements. How can I ensure they will not have access to them?
All Assistants created prior to 02/02/2009 will default to 'No' Access to Commission Statements. If you are adding new Assistants simply answer 'No' to the 'Access to Commission Statements?' question when creating the Assistant.

I would like my Assistant(s) to have access to my commission statement. How do I change their access?
Assistants' access to commission statements can be changed by clicking on the 'Current Assistant' name in the 'Assistant Access' section of 'My Profile'. Once in the 'Assistant Details' screen click on 'Edit Assistant' at which time you can change the 'Access to Commission Statements?' question to 'Yes'. Then click on 'Edit Assistant' again to record your change. Now the Assistant can view your online commission statements.

I am paid commissions on Medical, Dental and Medicare business. Will all my commission statements be accessible on-line?
At this time, only the Medical and Medicare statements will be on-line. Dental statements will continue to be mailed.

When will the monthly commission statements be available online?
Each month between the 9th and the 15th, your commission statement will be accessible online. When commission statements become available online a 'Your Commission Statement is Now Available' message will appear after logging on. Simply click on that link or click on the 'Commission Statements' icon in the 'My Accounts' section. This message will appear for the earlier of 15 days or the end of the month.

Will I continue to receive a paper statement in the mail?
If your commissions are direct deposited, you will not receive a paper commission statement.

I do not have regular access to a PC; can I obtain paper commission statements?
Paper copies of your commission statement can be obtained by faxing a written request including your name and agency's name to 1-860-678-5224 or e-mail your request through the
'Get Assistance' Secure Messaging function.

My Agency is paid directly for all ConnectiCare business and, as a Principal Agent, I can view the commission statements but I'd like to share the commission statements with all the agents. How do I do that?
Online commission statements can be downloaded to Excel for sorting and/or distribution. Click on the 'Excel' link and select 'Save' to download once logged on and in the Commission Statements section.

How long will my commission statements be available online?
Commission statements will be displayed online for a rolling 24 month period.
