From 91 South
Take 91 South to 84 West.
Take 84 West to Exit 38 (Rte 6 -West - Bristol).
Go straight down the exit ramp to the traffic light
Go straight through the traffic light.
Follow Route 6 through 6 more traffic lights (includes a blinking light)
Proceed about 200 yards and turn left into the ConnectiCare driveway
(Will be about 4.3 miles after exiting I-84)
From 91 North
91 North to 691 West
Take 691 West to 84 East
Take 84 East to Exit 37 (Fieneman Road).
At the end of exit ramp take a left.
Go straight to 2nd traffic light (Route 6 Junction)
Take a left onto Route 6
Follow Route 6 through 5 traffic lights (includes a blinking light)
Proceed about 200 yards and turn left into the ConnectiCare driveway
From 84 West
Take 84 West to Exit 38 (Rte 6 -West - Bristol).
Go straight down the exit ramp to the traffic light
Go straight through the traffic light.
Follow Route 6 through 6 more traffic lights (includes a blinking light)
Proceed about 200 yards and turn left into the ConnectiCare driveway

Take 84 East to Exit 37 (Fieneman Road).

From 9 North
Take 9 North to the end bearing left onto 84 West then follow directions from 84 West above
If taking Amtrack to Penn Station
Take the 2 or 3 train downtown (Brooklyn bound) and get off at the Wall Street stop.
If taking Metro North to Grand Central Station
Take the 4 or 5 train to the Wall Street stop or the Bowling Green stop (which is closer to HIP on this particular line).
