PCPs tell us that the information they would most like to receive from you is lab results or imaging tests, such as blood work, Pap smears, ultrasounds, mammograms, or bone mineral density tests. They suggest that you add their name to any lab or imaging request ordered through your office.

Please ask your patients or have your staff ask them, who their PCP might be. Then please develop a system for copying the PCP on lab and imaging tests whenever possible. This may save your staff copying and faxing time later on.
