To obtain access via ProxyMed you will need to visit their website at http://www.proxymed.com or contact them directly at 1-800-586-6870 or via e-mail at: provider.info@proxymed.com. Once you sign on you will have access to all participating health plans using only one secure, Internet system.

How Does it Work?

ProxyMed has its own web page. Once you sign on, you will be provided a user password that will enable you to access ProxyMed’s secure website. Once registered, you will be able to take advantage of the growing list of self-service transactions, saving you time and money. Technical and business support will be provided to your office, as well as status reporting so you can be sure your transactions are completed successfully.
