Quality Improvement: New Depression Medication Adherence Program
ConnectiCare’s Quality Improvement Department has added a new Health Management Program for members. The Depression Medication Adherence Program (DMAP) is a TELEPHONIC Program that is an enhancement to the Depression Education member mailing program ConnectiCare has had in place since 2002.

All participating providers should submit their NPI to ConnectiCare no later than January 1, 2008, to allow time to resolve any issues with submission that may occur prior to the May 23, 2008 deadline.
