What transactions can I perform on line?

What transactions can I perform on line?
Producers can perform on-line transactions for any size group through the My Accounts application. You need to be a registered Producer or assistant of a Producer who is listed as the AOR (Agent of Record) for the employer group. The following transactions are allowed through Producer Online Services:

How long will it take for my change to be updated in ConnectiCare's administrative systems.
Transactions made via My Accounts are completely electronic and typically processed within 24 hours. To view the status of the transaction, check the transaction log located within the My Accounts application.

Do I need to submit paper follow-up with my on-line transactions?
No, The transactions are electronic and paper submissions are not required for follow -up.

* CT small group online enrollment Subscriber and Dependent Adds (other than newborn) require submission of a signed Family Health Statement.

How do I view a list of transactions performed on-line?
The My Accounts application allows you to view transactions submitted on-line via the ConnectiCare web site. Select the "view transaction log" link to view transactions for a particular group or for your entire book of business. The status codes are defined as follows:
