ConnectiCare begins running reports in February for the previous calendar year to identify those producers who qualify for one or more of our bonus programs. Soon thereafter, an exhibit, which indicates group name and premium as well as bonus amount, is distributed to the producers who qualify, for their review. Upon producer approval, bonus checks are processed and distributed within the months of March and April.

There is a group on my Commission statement that does not show any premium paid or commission paid? Did the group remit premium?
Your commission statement is a good indicator as to the activity on your groups invoices. Any payments or adjustments to your groups invoices will be reflected on your commission statement. If there is a premium billed and no premium paid, no commission dollars will be paid, as commission is based on posted premium. To verify whether your groups premium is paid, register now to use Producer Online Services or contact our Group Membership Administration Department at 1-800-333-1733.
