Mary Bannon
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Mary Bannon serves as General Counsel and Senior Vice President for ConnectiCare. In her role, she oversees all legal, compliance, and regulatory areas for the health plan.

Mary Bannon came from Health Net Northeast where she held the General Counsel role. Bannon has twenty-five years of experience working for many prominent insurance companies and prestigious law firms in the Tri-state region. Over her career, she has practiced health care law at Carmody and Torrance, Robinson and Cole, Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, and Cigna. She was also formerly General Counsel at ConnectiCare from 1994-1999. Bannon is a graduate of Smith College and received her law degree at Harvard Law School.
