Dick Rogers
Vice President, Human Resources

As Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Mr. Rogers is responsible for providing leadership to the organization on human capital issues and lead the human resource department to achieve the business goals and objectives as outlined in ConnectiCare’s strategic plan.

Prior to joining the company in 2000, he was Vice President, Human Resources for Tetley USA Inc. in Shelton, Connecticut. Mr. Rogers' professional career in human resources spans over 25 years including holding management positions at American Can Company and The Continental Group, Inc.

Mr. Rogers received his BA from Pennsylvania State University, and Masters of Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University. He also served in the U.S. Army in the 82nd Airborne Division. He resides in Trumbull with his wife and children.
