How do I apply to ConnectiCare?

To apply for employment with ConnectiCare, please include:

     Your resume
     A cover letter explaining your desires and goals
     The job requisition number from the list of open jobs
     Salary history and requirements

When possible, also include:

     a copy of your most recent performance appraisal/performance evaluation,
     a list of references, and
     any letters of recommendation
