Make a Difference Award

The Make a Difference Award was implemented with two purposes.

    1. To serve as a tool to communicate desired actions, behaviors, and results.

    2. To recognize employees who display commitment and dedication that exceeds expectations for their level of responsibility and who contribute significantly to the success of the team, department, and/or organization.

Every ConnectiCare Department has a budget for recognition of employees who exhibit some or all of the behaviors/results mentioned above. Human Resources regularly reminds ConnectiCare leadership to use the Make a Difference Award to recognize employees appropriately and as often as possible.
