ConnectiCare Dental Plans

ConnectiCare Dental Plans offer familiar, PPO-style open access to broad, quality provider networks. Participants are free to choose preferred providers, including specialists.

ConnectiCare Consumer-Driven Health Plans

ConnectiCare Consumer-Driven Health Plans (CDHPs) combine a health plan with a Health Savings Account (HSAs) or employer-funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). CDHPs are designed to provide more cost-sharing than other health plans.

Creditable Coverage for Medicare Part D

As you may know, all Medicare-eligible individuals are eligible for a prescription drug program. As an employer, you are required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to notify Medicare-eligible persons covered under your plan by November 14th of each year about whether their existing prescription drug plan is at least as good as the standard Medicare prescription drug program, also defined as “creditable coverage.” We’re providing information that may assist you in this notification process.
