What transactions can I perform on line? You can perform on-line transactions for your group through the My Account application. You need to Register in order to perform the following transactions through Employer Online Services: Address Changes Name Changes PCP Changes ID Card Orders Terminations Add Dependent(s) [ back to top ] How long will it take for my change to be updated in ConnectiCare's administrative systems. Transactions made via My Account are completely electronic and typically processed within 24 hours. To view the status of the transaction, check the transaction log located within your My Account application. [ back to top ] Do I need to submit paper follow-up with my on-line transactions? No, The transactions are electronic and paper submissions are not required for follow-up. * CT small group dependent adds (other than newborn) require submission of a signed Family Health Statement. The My Accounts application allows you to view transactions submitted on-line via the ConnectiCare web site. Select the "view transaction log" link to view transactions for a particular group or for your entire book of business. The status codes are defined as follows: Pending - The transaction submitted on the web site and has not yet been transferred to ConnectiCare’s administrative systems. You do have the option of editing or removing the transaction when it is in the Pending status. Transactions are extracted from the web site every 24 hours typically after business hours. Submitted - The transaction has been extracted from the web site and is in the process of being updated in ConnectiCare's administrative system. Completed - The transaction has been processed and is now updated in ConnectiCare's administrative systems and the web site. Pending - awaiting Family Health Statement - The transaction is pended because it requires submission of a Family Health Statement. This status only applies to a non-newborn depdent add with in a CT small group. Withdrawn - The transaction has been withdrawn because a Family Health Statement was not received within 45 days of the transaction date.
