I’m a Massachusetts resident and was enrolled last year but I did not receive a 1099-HC.
Massachusetts residents are required to prove coverage when filing their annual Massachusetts state income tax returns; therefore, you must have had credible coverage with us at some time last year with a Massachusetts home address to automatically receive a 1099-HC. We can generate and mail a 1099-HC form on demand.
